You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it.
30 Days to Return
If the sizing is wrong or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible at info@divetechgear.co.nz.
You have 30 days from when you received your order to return it. Just make sure the product has not been worn and still has its tags on.
Sale Items
All items purchased on sale (at a discounted price) are final.
Some products may be exchanged if replacement sizes are available, but this is at the full discretion of Divetech staff. Staff hold the right to refuse exchanges or returns.

This returns and exchange policy applies only to purchases made on this website.
Out of Stock Items
All products offered by Divetech are subject to availability.
We do not backorder products that are not currently in stock. In some cases a product may have sold out before your order was processed.
If we determine that an item will not be available, we will notify you straight away by email and cancel the item from your order.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive any incorrect items in your order, please notify us immediately.
We will check your original order, and if we confirm that an incorrect item was shipped, we will exchange it and reimburse your shipping fees for returning it. The correct item will be dispatched once we receive the original item.
If the items you received are different to what you intended, or they do not fit, we will exchange them for you, but you will be responsible for the shipping of both the returned items and the replacements.
