Delivery within New Zealand
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, with delivery expected in the same timeframe. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.

International Delivery
For orders shipped outside New Zealand:
- Prices vary depending on destination and are shown at checkout.
- Delivery time is approximately 10-12 working days, including handling time.
- Import taxes, duties, GST and VAT are the buyer's responsibility upon entry into the destination country.
- Parcels sent via standard international shipping are untraceable once they leave New Zealand.
Important Notes
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address.
- Express international courier is not available.
- During peak seasons such as Christmas and sales events, please allow for possible delays while we handle increased volumes.
