Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
• This competition is run by Divetech New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
• Open to New Zealand residents only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.

3. How to Enter
To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must complete all of the following steps:
1. Subscribe to the Divetech newsletter.
2. Follow Divetech on Instagram and Facebook.
3. Like the official giveaway post.
4. Tag a mate in the comments of the giveaway post.

Each tag counts as one entry, and multiple entries are allowed as long as each tag is unique.

4. Competition Period
• The giveaway opens on Wednesday, 15 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM NZT on Thursday, 7 November 2025.

5. Prize
• One (1) winner will receive a $500 Divetech Gift Voucher.
• The voucher can be redeemed online at divetechgear.co.nz
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection Announcement
• The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on 7 November 2025 via Divetech’s Instagram and Facebook pages, and contacted directly via private message or email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Divetech reserves the right to select another winner.

7. General Conditions
• By entering, participants agree to allow Divetech to use their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to this competition, without further compensation.
• Divetech reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Divetech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
