The Cressi Medas 7mm long johns are designed to deliver core warmth and lasting comfort for cold water dives. Made from durable double-lined neoprene with a soft fleece lining, they retain heat while staying flexible for easy movement.

Pre-shaped legs provide a natural fit for better finning efficiency, while Aquastop seals at the ankles and zippers make donning quick and hassle-free. Reinforced knee and shin pads add durability where it counts.

Ideal as part of a two-piece system or worn alone in milder conditions—these long johns are made to keep you diving longer, even in colder temps.

New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $200. Otherwise, shipping is $8.50 North Island, $11 South Island or $12.50 for rural addresses.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Allow 2–3 working days for delivery, plus an extra 1–2 days for rural addresses.
